MenuMate Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://www.menumate.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Account Terms

3. Subscriptions & Billing

MenuMate offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fees indicated. Billing will occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial use or mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on MenuMate LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software on the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer materials to another person or "mirror" them elsewhere

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be revoked by MenuMate LLC at any time.

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or store in MenuMate. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve our features.
